The right person for our kitchen as a line or prep cook must have a guest-centric attitude and a passion for creating a memorable guest experience. Must be proficient at multiple stations including prep, fry, saute, and grill. The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively on a team. This individual will possess good communication skills to interact with team members and with guests as necessary. Responsible for set up, stocking supplies, prepping food for service, maintaining strict food and sanitation standards, and inspecting all finished product to ensure proper quality and presentation. Previous full-service, high quality restaurant experience or combination of culinary education/experience is required. ServSafe license preferred. Positions are part time and you must have availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
