Relocating to Seattle, he tirelessly toured the West Coast in his ’87 Buick, swiftly gaining acclaim for his dynamic live shows, often playing up to 200 dates annually alongside luminaries such as Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Dave Matthews Band, Erykah Badu, and Gary Clark Jr. Notably, Stone recently hit the road with Chris Stapleton, further solidifying his status as a tour de force in the music industry. Alongside his prolific touring schedule, Stone has graced national television screens and mentored on ABC’s American Idol, underscoring his esteemed position in the music realm. Stone continues to garner critical acclaim with his latest body of work, Mystery, featuring the title track in collaboration with PJ Morton. Ripe remembers sweating to hell in a basement underneath a Subway sandwich shop, building their very first songs in a concrete cube that smelled like fresh bread. They remember selling their first tickets by hand outside the coffee shop that their friends worked at, holding court like twenty-something impresarios trying to move like 50 tickets to a bar that was willing to let you keep the ticket sales if they kept the bar.
In a world where we constantly feel the loving pressure to “tell our story”, where so many of our friends that have found success as artists have done it alone, Ripe is using their bio to tell you that at the center of everything is collaboration and community, a friendship that has become a bond as strong as family, a constantly spinning object that cannot be properly captured by any single still photograph.
This moment, the two songs already out and the new songs coming, catches the band in a moment of intense joyous swelling energy. Working in dream studios, in a city they spent years trying to take a proper chance on, with a producer that had made albums we loved in our formative years, alongside the closest musical relations we’ve formed. This is our love letter to complicated nostalgia, to relentless empowering change, to realizing that making dreams come true (just like a crisis) only fully makes sense when it is shared.

Is there an age requirement to attend concerts?
Many of the events at Clyde Theatre are all ages, but not all of them. Before purchasing tickets to an event at Clyde Theatre, please check the event page for age restrictions.
If you wish to bring children to an all-ages event, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the event in order to determine the age appropriateness of its content. It is always up to the parent/guardian to make the determination if an event is age appropriate for his/her child.
Events at Clyde Theatre feature loud music for long durations. We encourage you to provide appropriate equipment (noise-canceling headphones or earplugs) for your child to protect his/her hearing.
Are there seats?
We are committed to ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience. Our Premier Experience section is always available with seating. For regular ticketing, many of our shows include reserved seating on the main floor. But every show is different, so please refer to the seating chart on the event details page for the particular event you are interested in attending. If you have special needs, please talk to one of our friendly staff for assistance.

How can I rent The Clyde for a private party?
With 21,000 square feet of space in our main performance hall, we can accommodate events of up to 2,000 people (standing room format) or 350 with round seating tables. This flexible space can be used to host a variety of large events including corporate gatherings, fundraisers, and receptions. For more information, please visit our Private Events page.
Also located next to the The Clyde is Quimby Hall, Fort Wayne and northeast Indiana’s place to gather for receptions, banquets, weddings, and events.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available in our 6-acre parking lot located along Bluffton Road and behind the theatre. Once this lot is filled, overflow parking is also available in front of and behind the Foster Park Plaza retail center to our west. To help us be good neighbors, please refrain from parking in the lots for Hainan House or other surrounding businesses. We highly encourage our guests to use a ride-share program like Uber and Lyft. Handicap parking spaces are available.
What items aren't allowed inside the venue?
The Clyde staff is dedicated to creating a safe and fun environment for all patrons who attend our venue. With that in mind, we take the safety and security of our staff and patrons seriously. Prior to entering the building, all guests will be searched by wand, pat down, or metal detector and may be asked to empty pockets. All bags will be searched.
Please enjoy your time at The Clyde without the following items:
- No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
- Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
- No outside food or drinks
- No outside folding chairs or camping chairs
- No personal video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, drones, masks, or laser pointers
- No professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial use rigs)
- No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
- No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm, including chain wallets
- No large bags (over 10″ x 10″), backpacks, CamelBaks, or bota bags
- No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
