Coronavirus (COVID-19) Cancellation/Postponement Updates

Currently, The Clyde Theatre is working on rescheduling the remainder of the shows on our event calendar.

We will provide updates via email and social media as quickly as they become available. Your ticket(s) will be honored for the new date(s). In the case that an event becomes impossible to reschedule and the show is canceled, your tickets will be refunded. We will reach out to those ticket holders directly with more information on how to obtain your refund.

The safety and well-being of our customers, artists, staff, and community is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation and resume operations when government and health officials deem it appropriate to do so, with the intent of hosting concerts and live music back in our beloved venue soon enough. We are as disappointed as you may be that we have to press pause for a bit on some great music, but at the same time, we are grateful to be able to help ensure the health of the community we love.

Please buy tickets through www.etix.com, directly through our website at www.clydetheatre.com, or by phone at 1-800-514-3849.

For Postponed Shows:
All tickets sold or issued will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds on tickets purchased before a reschedule is available by request only. CASH refund customers can bring their tickets to the Box Office on Mondays 2—6PM and Thursdays from 12–4PM or email us at info@clydetheatre.com for any special requests (please allow 24 hours to respond). CREDIT CARD refund customers can be processed by Etix customer service (1-800-514-3849 or support@etix.com) or by emailing us at info@clydetheatre.com. Deadline for refunds will be the time doors open on the rescheduled concert date.

For Cancelled shows
Tickets purchased via CREDIT CARD will be automatically refunded. Tickets purchased with CASH must be returned to the Box Office on Thursdays from 12–4PM, or email us at info@clydetheatre.com.

**If tickets were purchased through a THIRD PARTY (any individual or company other than Etix, The Clyde Theatre Box Office, or our ticketing outlets Wooden Nickel Records, Neat Neat Neat Records, and the Sweetwater Concierge desk), customers will need to contact that third party directly to make any refund requests. Unfortunately, The Clyde Theatre does not have access to any third party transaction details, nor are we familiar with any third party’s policies for postponed or canceled shows.**
